Retired defence officers: Brigadier, Colonel, Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent, holding at least an MS degree with a minimum second division. Civilian candidates: Minimum M.Phil/MS; PhD, EPM, M.Ed/B.Ed preferred, with 10–15 years of teaching/management experience.
