The Assistant Medical Director role requires three to five years of experience in a similar capacity within a tertiary healthcare setup and involves rotational duties with other Assistant Medical Directors. Manager Hospital Services applicants need five years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in a reputable healthcare organization, and knowledge of clinical and non-clinical hospital operations.
Assistant Manager Hospitality applicants require two to three years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in healthcare or a premium hospitality environment. For Senior Quality Assurance Officer, two to three years of relevant experience is preferred in areas such as quality management, patient safety, accreditation, infection control, risk management, auditing, nursing or laboratory quality.
